13-year-old arrested in OKC on murder complaint

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Oklahoma City police say a 13-year-old boy has been arrested on a murder complaint in the shooting death of a man outside a convenience store.

Sgt. Gary Knight said the boy was arrested Friday morning at a home in northeast Oklahoma City in connection with the shooting death of 20-year-old Deangelo Jones. Jones was found shot to death in a pickup truck by officers investigating reports of a shootout in the parking lot of a convenience store about 10:30 p.m. last Friday.

A 17-year-old boy was arrested on a murder complaint in the case several hours after the shooting and Knight said investigators believe others were involved in the shooting.
