The suspect is wanted out of Potter County on four felony charges. Those charges are two counts of forgery of a financial instrument and two counts of fraudulent use of identifying information.

Police say 29-year-old Jessica Frances-Thornton has been passing forged checks and fraudulently using financial information online, of an elderly woman since November. We don't know if she's the suspect or if a friend is the suspect, or how she came across it, but obviously she didn't have the right to be in possession of the check or pass the check."

Frances-Thornton is 5'3" and weighs 145 pounds. Police say she may also go by the last names McKinley and Villareal.
