Arlington, TX - As crews in North Texas continue to clean up after Sunday's big game, new details are coming out about the seat controversy.

The NFL says it knew last week there were problems with the installation of temporary Super Bowl seating sections at Cowboys Stadium, but says they "just ran out of time" to fix them.

They are now offering the hundreds of fans who lost their seats a $2400 refund and free tickets to next year's Super Bowl.

But many say they are looking into lawsuits to make up for other damages, including plane tickets and hotel costs.
