Amarillo, Texas - Amarillo police need your help this afternoon finding a man wanted for driving a stolen car.

Topping this week's Fugitive File is our fugitive of the week, 25-year-old Justin Duane Nelson. He is wanted by Randall County for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Corporal Sean Slover of the Amarillo Police Department says, "He was on probation for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle which means he had been proven to be in possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Since then, he has violated his probation and we want to get him picked up and off the streets."

Nelson is 6'1" and weighs about 230 pounds.

Police are still searching for a man they say could be violent. 31-year-old John Roger Wells is wanted by Potter County for aggravated assault using a shotgun. He is also wanted by Randall County for assault of a family member. Wells is 6'1" and weighs 160 pounds.

Closing out our Fugitive File, is a man listed on the Texas DPS Top 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders. 50-year-old Jose Manuel Vasquez is wanted for 12 counts of sexual assault of a child and failure to register as a sex offender. Corporal Slover says, "DPS has a $3,000 reward on him. Of course, we listed him as our fugitive sometime back and he has now dropped to the additional $100. So, if we got some lucky tips here in town that could get us the information to get him arrested and he got caught solely because of that tipster's information, that could very easily get a $3,100 reward."

Vasquez is 5'7" and weighs 160 pounds. Information leading to the arrest of our featured fugitives could earn you some cash. Tips should be called into Amarillo Crime Stoppers at 374-4400.
