Amarillo, Texas - You may be gearing up for a big day of cooking and eating tomorrow, but tonight, you probably don't want to be anywhere near the kitchen.

The night before Thanksgiving is a big night to dine out or order in. Many people have a long day in the kitchen ahead of them tomorrow, so it's the perfect time to let someone else do the cooking.

We caught up with a few places to see how their businesses are booming. Manager at Red Robin, Tommy Toliver says they have extra staff working tonight to help with possible crowds. Toliver says, "We always want to be prepared. It's better to have too many [servers] than not enough. We're definitely ready for the rush if it comes. We're anticipating [customers] to come in. We're usually really close to our projection, so it should be good."

Toliver says it may be even more hectic on Black Friday. The day after Thanksgiving may be one of the biggest shopping days of the year, but the day before Thanksgiving is one of the biggest pizza eating days. Manager at Little Caesar's Pizza, Carl Martin says, "Today we will probably sell about 150 to 200 pizzas. Usually we only sell about 100. We're already over about 30 pizzas from last week."

Martin says he expects even more orders to come in as the evening progresses and people get off work. Even earlier today when we spoke with other pizza restaurants, orders were already piling up.
