Taylor Food Mart robbery

Amarillo, TX - Amarillo police are searching for a man behind a late night robbery at Taylor's Food Mart.

Police believe the man may be also responsible for the recent Toot 'n Totum robbery on south Washington.

Around 11:00 last night a suspect entered the convenience store in the 5000 block of I-40 east.

He reportedly showed the clerk a knife and demanded money. He then got into a small green four door car with a spoiler on the back. The car was being driven by an unknown person.

The suspect is described as a black male, about five-foot-five, with a slim build.
