Darrouzett, Texas - Five months after the deadly gas pipeline explosion in Darrouzett, the company being blamed for it is fined.

The Occupational Health and Safety Administration is penalizing Canadian-based Nick Thomas for it's role in the June 8th explosion.

OSHA is fining the construction company $3,500... $7,000 for each victim.

They say the company did not locate the underground pipeline before starting excavation in the caliche pit.
