Pampa, Texas - A new trial date has been set for a Pampa woman whose case was declared a mistrial after her attorney encountered medical problems.

During the Voir Dire process on Wednesday, the 31st District Attorney's office says Mary Lee Bolin's attorney had a medical issue and the jury was dismissed for the day. That jury was brought back in Thursday morning and a mistrial was declared.
Bolin's trial will now begin on October 25th with a new jury that will have to be selected.
