Two Clovis Men Arrested In Home Burglary

Clovis, New Mexico - Two Clovis men are facing multiple felony charges after police say they caught them during a home burglary. 27 year old Gabriel Rodriguez and 30 year old Jeremiah Mascarenas are accused of breaking into a home on Nancy Lopez Dr. in northeast Clovis.
  
Police say they were called to the home Friday afternoon while the burglary was in progress and the men fled on foot. They were found hiding in a nearby neighborhood and were arrested.

Rodriguez is charged with Aggravated Residential Burglary, Conspiracy, Felon In Possession of a Firearm, Larceny of a Firearm, Possession of Burglary Tools, Felony Tampering with Evidence, Resisting, Obstructing or Evading An Officer, Criminal Trespass and Felony Criminal Damage. Mascarenas is charged with Accessory to Aggravated Burglary, Conspiracy, Felony Criminal Damage, Criminal Trespass and Resisting, and Evading or Obstructing an Officer.
