Amarillo, TX - Amarillo National Bank may have their employees be accountable for what they post on their personal social network site and they are beginning to take steps towards strict policies.

Corey Krusa, Senior Vice President of Personnel at the Bank, says "We are encouraging our employees when they do post on any social networking site to just use caution and to just use common sense and not post any confidential employee or customer information. "

Krusa also added that some rules may include making sure employees are showing positive behavior and not posting anything reflecting their company. If employers do not follow the guidelines Krusa says they do not know at this time if the employee will be terminated.

The bank has not made any of the rules final and they are continuing to inform their employees to be careful with their social networking sites.
