Man Indicted For Police Chase

AMARILLO, TEXAS - The man who police say led them on a chase through Potter County was indicted Wednesday.

19 year old Arn Ray Chapman was eventually shot in the leg when he allegedly tried to run an officer over with his van.

The April 17th chase ended near the Canadian River bridge.

Chapman was indicted on three charges including aggravated assault against a public servant.

The officers involved were not charged.
