AMARILLO, TEXAS - The case of a convicted murderer from Amarillo is being argued in Austin this week.

Ronnie Duane Mason was found guilty in 2007 of the murder of a little girl.

After disagreeing with a lower court ruling, the 47th District Attorney's office requested the Texas Court of Criminal appeals to hear their arguments.

It all has to do with questioning during grand jury testimony.
