Dumas DPS indictments

A Dumas Department of Public Safety investigation yields three indictments.

36-year-old Shannon Pena was indicted on two counts of bribery for allegedly accepting 500-dollars to give applicants a passing grade on the written portion of the CDL test.

37-year-old Sandra Zavala and 33-year-old Cesar Antonio Jaquez-Sanchez were also indicted for allegedly assisting Pena.

Officials say they are continuing their investigation on applicants who may have fraudulently passed the test.
