Experience: I've been a personal trainer since 1997. Before coming to Gold's, I worked in Wellness Services at WTAMU. I also played football for 4 years at WTAMU.
Hobbies: Mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, skiing, camping, kayaking, snowshoeing, traveling, barbecuing, racquetball, skateboarding and spending time with my wife & daughter.
Philosophy on Exercise: Exercise is a vital component of overall health and fitness, and a valuable tool for fat loss, strength and conditioning and simply a better quality of life, especially as we age.
My Goal for My Clients: I want to provide my clients with direction towards their goals while bringing them to a higher level of health and fitness.
