Certification: NSCA, CPR, First Aid & Lifeguard
Education: Exercise Physiology, Anatomy & Physiology and Personal Training at WTAMU & Amarillo College; Physical Education Associates. I also have significant knowledge in nutrition.
Experience: I have been a year-round lifeguard throughout high school and college. I was a lifeguard at the YMCA in Dumas and at the Town Club. I have completed personal training internships at Amarillo College.
Hobbies: I like to read good books, hang out with friends and thrift shop. I ran cross country and track throughout high school and also ran for the WTAMU Cross Country Team. I enjoy running and have finished my first half-marathon in less than 2 hours. My goal is to run a full marathon and complete a half-ironman.
Philosophy on Exercise: Exercise is the most fun thing you can do to help yourself. You will feel and look better. Your friends and family will constantly compliment you, plus you will have a long, healthy lifestyle.
My Goal for My Clients: I want to help my clients get to their desired goal. I want my clients to become healthier and fitter individuals. Throughout our sessions, I want to see my clients adopting a better lifestyle and feeling confident.
