Pampa, TX --  An attempted traffic stop Monday morning led Pampa police to materials used for making methamphetamine.

When Police tried to stop a pick-up in the 700 block of N. Faulkner around 1am,  the passenger jumped out.

Police say the driver then led them on a chase through the neighborhood.

During the chase, the pick-up hit a fence and a road sign.

The driver then jumped out and ran.

In the bed of the truck, police found a large cylinder of anhydrous ammonia.

That's a common ingredient used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Officers arrested the passenger, 27 year old Amber Loree Caviness.

She faces charges of having and transporting chemicals used for making drugs.
