Amarillo, Texas - We now know a Tulia man found dead in Lubbock was murdered... Officials announced on Wednesday that Paul Allen Brown was killed by blunt force trauma to the head.

48-year-old Brown was found in his truck at a Lubbock apartment complex in November. Captain Greg Stevens with the Lubbock Police Department says, "To say the least this is a complicated case. It's not a wide open case where they have no idea or they have no direction whatsoever. It's not that situation."

Police are saying they have a few leads... They are interviewing many people they believe could be connected to the case, but they are not ready to name anyone specifically right now.

Brown was originally from Tulia, but recently moved to Lubbock.

He was reportedly murdered in the parking lot of his apartment complex.
