Langford and King Could Face Jail Time

Amarillo, Texas - Two men charged with defrauding local residents out of millions are indicted by the Potter County Grand Jury.

John F. Langford is indicted on eight felony charges.

His business partner, Jimmy Don King, is indicted on ten felony charges.

The indictments include fraudulent sale of securities over $100,000, offering to sell securities without registration, and being a dealer or agent without registration.

Both men could face jail time and fines up to $10,000.
