Stabbed Brother Will Live

AMARILLO, TEXAS - The man who says his brother stabbed him is expected to live. Jason Freeman-Gamblin's condition was upgraded at the hospital around 4:15 p.m. Monday.

Sunday right after midnight, police responded to a call in the 2700 block of Curtis street. When they got there, Gamblin told police he had been stabbed multiple times by his 17-year-old brother Samuel Earl Gamblin.

Samuel is behind bars waiting for a grand jury to hear his case.
