Borger, Texas - Borger police say an officer was not out of line when dealing with a man on the street thought to have been drunk.

According to witnesses we spoke with last month, the officer forced a man to the ground after he did not respond to the officer.

It turns out the man had Huntington's disease.

Several witness statements led to police conducting an internal investigation.  Officers say the man involved nor his family filed a complaint.
