Amarillo, Texas - An Amarillo high school wins its appeal with the state of Texas over accountability ratings. Amarillo ISD confirmed Wednesday that Caprock High School is no longer listed as "academically unacceptable."

Back in July, the Texas Education Agency ranked Caprock Unacceptable because of low completion rates. Caprock officials appealed the ruling stating that their data was different from what the state based their decision on.

Caprock is now listed as "Academically Acceptable" with the state.
