Follow-Up: College President Arrested on DWI Charges

New Mexico - Mesalands Community College's President is back at work Wednesday after a five day suspension without pay.

58-year-old Philip Barry was arrested on DWI charges last weekend while on vacation.

The board of trustees at his school in Tucumcari suspended him for five days as a result. Although that time is over, there are still some changes in store for Barry. He is no longer allowed to use a college vehicle. He is also required to take part in drug testing and see an addiction counselor.

His DWI charges should go before a grand jury sometime next week.
