Amarillo, TX - Texas Republican Gubernatorial Candidate Debra Medina spoke to residents in Amarillo Monday evening.
In a town hall-style meeting at the Southwest Branch Library, Medina stressed that growing up on a ranch in Texas allows her to understand the importance of hard work. As well as sharing many of the same values as people from the state she loves.
Medina said " letting Texans know they have one of them in the race for leadership in Texas. I just want to let them know there's someone out there that will champion the same common sense and common values of Texans."
Among the many issues Medina discussed; the state of the Texas economy, maintaining Texas sovereignty and keeping down taxes.
