Groom, Texas - The driver of a truck that caught fire on Interstate 40 is taken to the Lubbock Burn Unit for his injuries. Thes pictures were take on the access road of I-40 near Groom Sunday evening.
Groom EMS tells us they believe a blown-out tire was to blame for catching the truck on fire. The truck was hauling Sodium Phosphate, which they say was very difficult to extinguish.
