Pampa, Texas - A DPS spokesperson says a 14 year old was the driver of a mini-van that crossed over the line on Highway 70 and crashed into a truck hauling a wide load on Wednesday afternoon. The collision killed five people.

DPS says the victims are 14 year old Aime Banvelos, 15 year old Juan Banvelos, 16 year old Jeff Pace, 46 year old Teresa Martinez and 74 year old Estafana Cortez-Rosales.

Five year old Celeste Espitia, the lone survivor from the van, remains in stable condition at Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo. The victims were from Booker. The driver of the truck was not hurt.
