Amarillo, Texas - Amarillo police are looking for two people in separate hotel/motel robberies early Saturday morning.

First, police say an hispanic female held a Coulter St. Days Inn clerk up at gunpoint demanding cash.  The woman then ran off with the money, and did the same thing at the Hampton Inn on I-40 east.  It all happened between 5 and 5:30 a.m.

She is described as being in her late 20s, between 5'6" and 5'10" tall weighing around 175 pounds with black or brown hair.  She was wearing a black zippered jacket, jeans, and sunglasses.

Next, police say a Quality Inn clerk was robbed by a 6'0" tall male with a slim build wearing sunglasses, a red shirt, jeans, and a hat.  The clerk reportedly told police the suspect pointed a pistol at her demanding money.  He then forced her out to the parking lot where he ran off.
