Farwell, Texas - The fire in Parmer county that caused an estimated $20 Million dollars in damage is ruled accidental.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms' National Response Team says the fire was started by a welder's torch in one of the buildings. 800-thousand chickens perished nearly two weeks ago at the Cal-Maine egg production plant near Farwell.
