More Than $100,000 Drugs Found in Amarillo Homes

An Amarillo man is in jail after several law enforcement agencies find more than $100,000 worth of drugs inside two area homes.

25 year old Mario Lee Torres is in the Potter County Detention center on charges of money laundering.

Officials say they expect to add drug charges in the near future.

During the search of the homes on South Woodland and South Spring, officials found meth, cocaine, marijuana and ecstasy, along with a large amount of money. This case is still under investigation, and Torres is denied bond.
