Pampa man facing 12 years in prison after marijuana bust

A Pampa man faces more than 12 years in prison and $20,000 in fines after police busted him for selling marijuana.

Pampa Police arrested 40 year old James Donald Laden for selling point 41 ounces of marijuana to an undercover officer.

It happened at the Mystic Manor Speciality Store in the 1400 block of Hobart.

Officers found more than three ounces of pot inside.

The sale reportedly happened in a drug free zone.

The store is near the Pampa Youth and Community Center, and the Community Day Care Center.
