HOUSTON (AP) - Police say the body has been found of 1 of 2 girls who remained missing after the car they were traveling in plunged into a rain-swollen ditch, killing five.
Houston police say the body of a 1-year-old girl was recovered Sunday. The search continues for a 3-year-old.
Meanwhile, Houston police spokesman Kese Smith says police plan to charge the driver of the car with being intoxicated when he lost control while using his cell phone.
Smith says three counts of intoxication manslaughter were being prepared against 32-year-old Chanton Jenkins following Saturday's accident. The bodies of 3 boys - ages 4, 7 and 11 - were found inside the vehicle Saturday night.
The driver and another adult escaped from the vehicle, along with a 10-year-old girl.
