Larry Lemmons is a graduate of Amarillo College, the University of Texas at Austin, and the University of Washington. He began his television news career here at Newschannel 10 where he was an anchor and reporter.
He moved to KACV-TV, the PBS affiliate at Amarillo College where he hosted the "Perspective" program and produced documentaries. After that he worked in Phoenix, Arizona for the PBS affiliate, KAET-TV, where he was a producer, reporter and fill-in host for the "Horizon" program, a nightly public affairs program.
He also produced documentaries. He's returned to us after six years in the desert, happy to be among family again in the Texas Panhandle.
