This weekend's dangerously high winds are indirectly to blame in the death of a three-year-old girl in Randall County.
The sheriff's office says two cars were traveling north on Bell street and both drivers took their eyes off the road to look at a structure damaged by the wind.
The driver of the first car stopped to call and report the damage. The second car did not stop.
Three year old Layla Morgan was inside the first car, and officials tell us she was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the second car was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
