Yamaha Recalls Off-Road Vehicle

Yamaha is recalling 145,000 off road vehicles after three models were involved in dozens of deaths.

All Rhino 450, 660, and 700 model vehicles are being recalled for repairs designed to prevent accidents similar to ones resulting in 46 deaths and hundreds of injuries. The consumer product safety commission says more than two-thirds of the problem incidents were rollovers.

Some of those involved turns on level ground at relatively slow speeds. Owners of the recalled models should stop using the vehicles and call their local dealer to schedule repairs.
