Clovis, NM--A Clovis man is headed to prison for the next 10 years for robbing an area restaurant employee.
The Curry County D.A. tells us 23-year-old Gabriel Moya was convicted of armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, aggravated battery and unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.
It was September of last year when Moya put a Papa Murphy's Pizza employee in a chokehold...threatened him with a knife then taped him up before stealing his car.
