Amarillo, TX - An Amber Alert has been issued for a one-year old taken in Denton County.

Malakai Izaak Mascorro went missing Tuesday night from his home in Justin. The baby is hispanic, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police suspect he was taken by his father, Jose David Mascarro, who does not have custodial rights for the child. The suspect was last seen driving a Grey 2008 Dodge Magnum with Texas license plate BB6K357.

Officials say he believed to be armed with two 9mm pistols. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
