Jacob Helker joined NewsChannel10 in 2018 as a Digital Content Producer. He was raised in Panhandle and moved to Amarillo to attend college at West Texas A&M University, where he studied Broadcast Journalism and Electronic Media, and served as a Digital Assistant for the WTAMU newspaper, The Prairie. He began his news career as a news photographer and a news video editor at KAMR-TV in Amarillo.
