Man Indicted For Shaking 4 Week Old

Amarillo, Texas - 23 year old Ryan Howard was indicted in Randall County on Wednesday for two counts of injury to a child.

Prosecutors say Howard shook his four week old child, causing the child to become brain dead.

He could face life in prison if convicted.
