WILMINGTON, Mass. (AP) - Textron Systems Corp. said Wednesday that it named Robert Sullivan chief financial officer, effective Jan. 4.
Sullivan will succeed John Condon, who is retiring as senior vice president of finance at Textron Systems, which provides unmanned aircraft systems, advanced marine craft and amored vehicles to customers.
Condon will remain involved with the company into early 2010 to help facilitate year-end close and support a smooth transition, it said.
Sullivan, who has been with the company for 25 years, will assume responsibility for the accounting, financial planning, analysis and reporting activities.
Condon is retiring from the Textron Inc. unit after 30 years of service.
