Doc Edwards and Woodie Belle have 77 years between Doc Edwards is the head coach for the San Angelo Colts.

Doc Edwards has played and managed in the major leagues.He says his agenda is a lot different these days."Ive had my day in the sun all i want in san angelo is to win some games for the fans and get every kid i can into an organization."

That is the same thing that 25 year veteran Woodie Belle wants for umpires in the United League."Its an instructional league for the guys coming up it helps these guys get ready for affiliated ball."

Belle says that 25 years has gone fast but he loves what he does."Yes it does feel like 25 years my hair keeps getting grayer every year".

Doc and Woodie tell the Buzz that they want to keep helping young men live their dream of baseball and umpiring as long as the game will have them.
