HEMPHILL COUNTY, TX (KFDA) - Investigators with the Texas Attorney General’s Office and the Texas Game Wardens are searching the area around Lake Marvin today.
This comes nearly one month after Thomas Brown’s remains were found in the area.
In a statement posted on Facebook, Klein Investigations said they are also investigating what many are calling “Phase Two” in the case.
Klein Investigations tells NewsChannel 10 they can’t comment on the nature of the search but is asking the public to stay away from the area.
The statement continues, saying, “As we have said from the beginning of the case - this case is a solvable case and our team is dedicated themselves to finding out the truth and prosecution of the person or persons involved.”
NewsChannel 10 crews are heading to Canadian, and we will bring you an update on the search as information becomes available.
